I have a 1968 military M35 Deuce and a half that I have fitted a 5 ton dump bed to, I have been running 11-12 ton loads of crushed limestone on a 40 mi round trip to the quarry for a corral project, a few maintenance issues have come up so I found a forum steelXXXXX and asked some questions, I have never seen a bunch of people so happy to insult someone in my life, I went through some of the threads and the moderator was the worst offender!!! Unlike that site folks on this site are always trying to help people no matter how many times THAT question was asked (I did try searching the site before asking) You guys should be proud of your conduct on this forum and I am glad to converse with you.
Craig

That's what it's all about! I also like classic cars and trucks very much, but the people associated with that hobby are soo unfriendly compared to those into antique farm equipment. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of very nice people in the classic car world to, but not near as many in my opinion.

Craig, your're right. This is a great site for information, especially the Oliver forum. I've received help here myself, although I am waiting on some promsed information on my 1650 PTO that I posted a while back. Lots of knowledge here.

I used to drive M35A2C series trucks but only did operator maintenance on them.
