Limp hydralics

the hydralics on both ends of my 770 ind seem to be limp. on the loader if i try to back drag with the bucket curled down the bucket just flops up when i put any preasure on the arms, if i hold the valve open to roll the bucket back down for 10-15 sec it will roll the bucket down and it will hold, and sometimes the same to get any preasure down on the arms. And on the hoe, some times to draw the arm in it comes 3/4 the way and stops for several seconds then continues to draw in if i hold the control. Any sugestions as to the problem would be appreciated, thanks

Sounds like your low on oil, or have a plugged filter, or maybe a leak on the suction side of the pump, which will allow air to enter and cause spongy action..

Also, it wouldn't hurt to check and see if the fluid is foaming. If you used a HD oil in the tank, it will cause the oil to foam and you would see the same type symptoms.
