Wrenchbender, the cab on the 1865 was built by the Crenlo Company of Rochester, MN. Yes it is the same as the cab on the 55 series, built by the same company. MM had used their cabs for production in the Lake Street Plant.
Crenlo also built a lot of cabs for Deere & comapny. The cab on the 60 and 70 series 4WD tractors were built by them.

Duane,

Any info on a green G940? Could it have been labeled as a White and painted green?

I can only see this tractor from a distance, but it has block letters on the hood side and a paint scheme similar to that of an A4T Plainsman or that 1865 that is in Shep's picture.

Thanks, John.

Wild guess.

Green one is either G 1050 or G 1350 moline ?

Yellow one is a 1755 Oliver?

From the Power in Progress book it looks like the green one is a 2055 or 2155. If it's the wrong color it's a G1050 or G1350.

The yellow one must be a 1755 or G850. If I remember this G940 had an Oliver keystone on the grille and not the MM. This one is sitting behind a woods and not easily acessed. I know a guy that I think knows who owns it. I'm gonna have to check with him. WB.

You both got the Yellow tractor right, that is a G-850 the way it sits, or a 1755 Oliver if it was green with a different grill.

OK the Green tractor is a little tougher, see if you can figure that one out.

The green looks identical to our Oliver 2155. (or G-1350 Moline) It has the fiberglass nose like that one does. I think if it had planetary rear it would be a 2155 or a 2055 if it had no outboard planetaries. Only 210 of those 2155's were ever made.

I would have said G955 or 1355 but it's got that fiberglass front nose sticking out there. But it also has a "55" series cab. I give, WB.

The green tractor in the picture is an Oliver 1865 or if it was yellow it would be a G-950 Moline.

Two very rare tractors sitting there togeather, in the fact that they are painted and decaled different from what they really were.

Kinda neat if you ask me. Here is a link to DSL's chart on all the "crossover" tractors like these. Check out the link marked BIG MO for some good pictures of the crossovers.
