I have a Meyers snowplow I want to adapt to my Super 55. It has a trip bucket on front so I can use that for lifting the blade. Any comments on how to best attach the plow A frame to the front of the tractor? I was thinking of welding brackets to the angle iron the trip bucket arms are mounted to. Any feedback before I proceed would be much appreciated. I can email a picture if interested. Thanks!

ShepVA mounted a myers plow to an 1850. There is a picture in the achrives. If i remember he used channel to go from the impliment mounting pads to plow frame. I think he was struggling with how to lift it. Maybe he'll chime in here.

i LEFT THE MSG on your WEB site about mounting the plow and some close up photes. Not to worry. I mounted mine this weekend. I'll post a few photes of how I mounted mine in a few days. Let the snow begin!! It looks real good with the blade out front on the 1800. Now have to find a use for the pump that came with the plow.

Sorry, still dont have my plow on the tractor yet this year to take any pictures, in fact we were baling hay with the 1655 yesterday.

Hmmmmm, wonder if the snow plow would rake the hay over in front of the baler??? Sounds like a shop project..
