On my '80 and '70's I use 85-140 gear oil.
The Oliver "Instruction Book" for the model 80 shows SAE 90 winter, SAE 140 summer.
Capacity is 12 gallons. YES, 12 GALLONS
Remember to drain both chambers
Hope your enjoying the '80. They have an exhaust bark thats all their own!

Mine only hold 10 gallons!
Maybe because they live the other side of the pond where gallons are proper gallons - or were until those nice, easy, metric units took over from them.
