Well I just got my 1550 this morning, took her for a spin and the tie rod came apart at the adjustment clamp, can I use my front end loader to lift the front end and put it back together or should I use a jack and blocks etc.for saftey reasons, its out there aways in the field from the house, did it come apart just because it was loose or is there some faulty part I should be lookin for.

Thank You

Glad to hear that you've got it fixed.

From what I've read, I think you got a good deal on the tractor and a SUPER deal on hauling.

Enjoy your new, to you, tractor!!!
