Just about to put this girl back together! Need the torque specs for the connecting rod retaining caps. Thanks a million in advance.

Seciton 2 page 23 of the manual says 77 connecting rod torque is 46-50 foot pounds.

Manual also says to install caps on the bearings in the order they were removed.

Presumably they tell you, somewhere else, which order to remove them?
I would have thought that it was much more important to replace them on the same journals/crankpins, and the right way round, than in a particular order!!
OK for mains but what if you only want to remove one piston and it happens to be the last in the list!!!
Failing that, the American language has diverged from English more than I had realised.
