As some of you may recall back in 2001 we were successful in saving a Super 55 that was to be used as a static display. At that time the rig was to be painted purple or red then completely stripped and welded shut. Due to everyone's assistance that little Super 55 from Hastings, MN become a key component in the MOA General Mills static display. The tractor originally belonged to Mr. Randy Gesch. The MOA General Mills static display has since been replaced. When I learned of this I attempted to locate the tractor and determine status. Below is the response from General Mills. I find it a befitting end that this little tractor has found a new home and since returned to it roots in agriculture. The General Mills representative is Randy Fricke. He can be reached at (Randy dot Fricke at genmills dot com). "Greg, the tractor was actually donated to a new exhibit that started last year at the Minnesota State Fair. The exhibit is geared towards children and teaching them about farming. Thanks for your inquiry. Best Regards, Randy"
