I have a Oliver 550 gas that has a bad engine, I also have a Oliver s.55 that has a good dsl engine will thay inter change ?

the S 55 is a complet runing tractor with a davis loader but no PTO ,
so was thinking of changing the moters out.
will sell the s55 as is .

I looked into this very carefully, as I was going to do it. some parts are diesel or gas specific, like trans tunnel cover, stuff like that, but you should be able to swap the important bits over fine.
