I have an old style oliver 1900 with the two valve per cylinder engine. Is this the style that you have? If so I can get you the serial number.

E-mail me and I'll give you mine. Mine doesn't have the tag on the valve cover, but it does have a serial number on the block opposite the blower side stamped in a flat space.
