Hello to all Oliver fans!! Well, I made the leap and bought a 1650 diesel a couple of weeks ago...First Tractor! Haven't been so excited about a vehicle since I got my '52 chevy 42 years ago. Been cleaning, shining, changing fluids and learning about it. I ordered a replacement temp guage from RicksAgriParts. The old guage had two terminals, one for a 12 v positive feed from the ignition switch and another with a brown wire that goes to the temp sending unit. The new guage has two upper terminals, one marked T, one marked B. Also two lower screws (terminals?)-- one marked 12 v and the other marked with a ground symbol. There is an unmarked terminal between the two lower screws. Can anyone help me with the proper hook up for the new replacement guage? Thanks and best regards! Ed

Answer for the record: "B" is hot/battery, "T" is for the sender. The ground
is as marked. Ignore all the other ends. Thanks to Jerry at Ag Parts First.

Sounds like the best place to ask your question is direct to Ricks Agri Parts. They should know.

I be calling them for sure today. I thought someone might have gone through a replacement recently and might be able to answer the question so I could have plugged it in last evening! Thanks! Ed

If it is a lighted gauge, the "B" terminal probably powers up the internal "B"ulb, and the "T" probably goes the the "T"emperature Sender.
