My neighbor has this tractor for sale. It is stuck, but complete, all tin and mesh grill is there.
How many 70 std's were built? Was steel wheels a rare option? What is the engine like to overhaul? Availability of parts? What's it worth?
Any and all info and comments are much appreciated.

It depends on what year it is. I have a '47 cockshutt 70 std on steel. I really like the looks of it and i would say it is worth probably up to $1500 in the way you explain it. It all depends on the condition.
