Does anyone know where the connecting links between the upper and lower lift arms of a 770/880 power-traction hitch can be obtained? I have a want ad posted on the other board. Would the connecting links for a super 550 hitch work? Would connecting links from other tractor manufacturers work? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I wouldn't suggest the rods off of a Super 55 or a 550. On the side with the adjuster a small "C" clip is the only thing that holds the rod in the adjuster. Trying to lift something well within the capabilities of the 770 or 880 might be too much for this design. My after market 3pt hitch uses turnbuckles (similar to a top link) which can be leveled and are much heavier than needed. Several things could be adapted or fashioned to work if keeping it original is not an issue...

I replaced the upper link on my 880 with one from a 1650. Works for me!
