Hello, I am looking at an 88 gas and the wires look a little bad on the sterring column. I was wandering if these are still avaliable or how hard is it to fix? Could there be other problems in box on the platform where the fluid is put in. I was just told that some of these old girls had that and was wandering on your opionons. It is a 53 model. Thanks

Mike, you only need the wires intact if you are using an Oliver Hydra-letric cylinder AND only if you want to move the cylinder stop from the seat. Your tractor will be able to make any cylinder go up and down even without the wires. If you want to look into restoring the wires to a useable condition, contact Korves Oliver (they have a web site) They may have what you need. oleblu
