The starter weight bolts to the flat mounting pad at the front of the tub with 4 bolts and acts as a shelf upon which the(up to 3 additional stack weights)are placed. These being bolted to the base and each other with a bolt on each side. The stack weights are somewhat banana shaped.

They can be found in remanufactured form. Check with Tim Smith at Smitty's tractor in Danville, Ohio. I got a set of aftermarket ones from him that were very nice. I forget the price he charged, though.

Here's Tim Smith's address and number..... .....
1098 Alabama Ave. S.W. Dalton, Ohio 44618 (330)832-9792 I was wrong when I said Danville in my earlier post. I always confuse those two towns.
Call him later in the day, as he works a day job and the Oliver parts business is a sort of side job and he operates out of his house. He is a good guy and will return your call if you leave a phone message.

I think those are rarer then the factory hyd. I got the hyd., the swinging drawbar assy, the light buckets but have yet to see a base weight ANYWHERE - not even adverstised by the fellas that part out these rigs.

I guess it is like the holy grail. Best thing that can be said for parts like this is the fun of mtg. folks while hunting parts.

Best of luck to ya!

They are out there. Expect to to pay 150.00 or more.I put a set(base+3stackers) together a couple years back, got around 600.00 invested not counting the fuel and time spent chasing them. Try a want add in the HPOCA or Oliver Heritage magazine(free if your a subscriber) The new Oliver Heritage mag is great by the way.Good luck.
