Bought a Cletrac over the phone - was told it had a 4 cyl Perkins engine with a stuck injection pump - was delivered today - has a 6 cyl engine with a Rosa Master pump - says Oliver on the exhaust - ModelCO12 -60DL - anyone know what kind of engine it is??? Has a super super heavy loader on it and pad tracks. Any one know where I can get a service manual?? Where they all painted yellow - was told it is a 1954. Are there any injection pumps around and the rubber coupler that drives the pump. This will be a challange before this is done!!!!!

I don't think there ever was a Cletrac OC-12. The Oliver OC-12 replaced the Cletrac BD and BG crawlers circa 1954. They had a Hercules DJXC or JLXD six-cylinder engine, 298 or 339 cubic inches and around 60 horsepower. You can get all the parts you want for the Roosamaster/Stanadyne injection pump.

I have a Oliver OC 4 I got the rusi-master pump rebuilt in Dubuque, Iowa at a place called Desiel Componet Service. There phone number is 800-708-2445. I don't remember the guys name but he was real nice to work with and was very resonable. He will get you fixed up so it will run if you are just refinishing this unit or fix it like new if you intend to use it everyday. Most places will only fix it to 100% specifications but he will get you going for a lot less. He is located on the corner of White St. and 14th St.

Zimmerman Oliver Cletrac's phone number is 717-783-
2573. They could answer any questions that you have. That machines sounds like a OC-126 to me. If it is, it has a Hercules 6-cyl. DJXC engine.

There should be an aluminum tag on the left side of the engine. This will give model serial number and valve clearance. If it is missing the model and serial number will be stamped on the top right hand corner of the block just below the head.
