I guess this is the place to put this since its an Oliver topic. I purchased a DMI plow and talked to a fellow that said that the DMI plow had 2 different style bottoms on them. One style is Oliver and the other was DMI's. And if its DMI, I am something out of luck. But if Oliver, then I should be in fine shape. Question, I measured plow share and in straight line through mounting bolt holes on share, to edge of share is 3 1/2", 9" and 14" with the total length of 24". Is that about the right bolt spacing for Oliver 18" bottoms? this plow is variable width 5 bottom.
I am also wondering if any one has a manual for this plow. Thanks, Jerry

I just looked in the Shoup's catalog and they list shares, moldboards and shins for DMI plows. The moldboard is the same part # as a 16" White. The shares and shins, a different #. WWW.SHOUPPARTS.COM just FYI, WB.

Oliver 18" bottoms had 5 bolt shares. There were (are?) two "regular" 18in. bottoms the one based on the same frog/standard as the 16" bottom, and the one that is the basis for the 20" bottom. The White/Oliver moldboards should have the part number stamped on the back. Star made bottoms for many of the OEM's of plows including Allis Chalmers, Ford, and Melroe. I think you need to talk to an older employee at DMI and Star who aren't just sitting on their dead rear end collecting a paycheck. We needed parts for an ANCIENT Bush Hog cutter and were told by the first guy "we never made that" even though we had the darn ID tag right on the machine. Finally got to a guy who'd been there 25+ years who new the shaft number right out of his memory.
