1550 Oliver (diesel) hasn't run for three years, had a fuel leak, hydraulic pump doesn't work, needs four new tires, and possibly a stuck valve. Tin work is good, hydrapower, trans, and rear-end are good. Comes with a spare rear-end and hydrapower, spare block, and gas head. How much do you think it's worth? I was thinking between $800-1200? Thanks.

$800 sounds about right . If the tractor is a diesel , I heard from an old Oliver mechanic some of the early diesels on the 1550 were "weak " meaning they did not pull like other tractors of the same horse power . I looked at a 1550 about 8 or 9 years ago ( the price if I remember was around $3000 ) and this mechanic told me to avoid the 1550 for this reason . I do not know as I have never run one , I am just telling you what he said . Also replacement of the hydraulic pump could be very expensive relative to the value of the tractor . About 2 years ago I priced a new hydraulic pump from AGCO for an 1555 (ended up I only needed a seal kit for my pump ) and the price of a new pump with some type of modification kit to make the new pump fit the old design was around $1400 .

If the Hydra power and the rear end are good, why the extra units? Sounds like a couple hundred dollar kit.
