Trying to learn before I buy an Oliver 60. If you experienced hands will put up with questions .Is it a flathead Continental motor? No motor kits or info avaiable at YT.I hear all Continental motor kits are pricey (and not all are available), true or false? Where to go for parts and manuals?Finishing up a 3yr. project on an Allis CA and really want an Oliver 60 next.
Thanks, Pat

The oliver 60 is an overhead valve 4cyl Continental. The 60 3 5/16 bore and 3 1/2 stroke. 120.5 cubic inch. Engine kits are not real bad. You can get through a complete motor job, head, sleeves, pistons, rings and bearings and gaskets for under 900 dollars. At least I did.

Sorry , meant a 60 is a waukesha 4 cyl not continental. I had Oliver 70's on the brain! The dimensions are correct though.
