My antifreeze in my oliver 80 keeps foaming up, is it possible that oil is getting into the system through the water pump? Nothing else looks cracked or broke.

Possible, I suppose, but unlikely. More likely a leaking head gasket or crack.
Presumably you think oil may be getting in from the oilite bearings, but arn't these well forward of the greasy packing on the shaft?
Why not carefully drain off the antifreeze mixture (into a drum for re-use) and replace it temporarily with liquid dihydrogen monoxide and see if it still bubbles (with a full radiator).

Tried that, still gets a little foam with "Dihydrogen Monoxide" (I also had high school chemistry)

Just had a smile when I was typing - and thought it might just get a response. Apparently some well meaning guys got a spoof write up from the net and decided it should be banned from their swimming pool. Some one had to point out their error before their proposal was adopted by the local Council.

Which type seal do you have on the pump, a greased packing or the carbon disc type? If it the greased pack, try greasing and immediately check for bubbles. I still think it's the head gasket leaking slightly.
Now, just be careful that dihydrogen monoxide isn't allowed to go solid while in the engine!!

I'm not sure what you mean by a carbon disk type, I haven't taken it apart yet. It has packing nut that takes a spanner wrench that you can see from the mag side of the engine. It leaks a little dihydrogen monoxide & ethylene glycol from this seal. I tghtened it a bit but it still drips. How tight should it be, is it possible to overtighten it? Thanks for your help.

I believe standard practice is tight enough to stop it leaking, no tighter - or it may heat up.
Packing is fairly easy to replace, although I have yet to do one.
The carbon disk seal was a later improvement. My '48 90 has this type. A spring-loaded carbon seal just rubs on a hardened steel insert. Seems to work well, but you can't tighten it up, or grease it, when it leaks.
