What is considered to be the top of the line in Oliver pull type plows?
I am getting a second plow and have seen a few Oliver plows here and there, but I don't know which models to look for.

I prefer 3 bottom with 14". I also like the iron wheeled type, but would take one on rubber.
I would also consider a 2 - 14".
Are there any good Oliver models that fit in this catagory?

I'm not looking to buy one on line, as I can find one locally.

I do not know what you are going to plow, but a 4340 is a hard plow to beat in a 3 bottom. It has more clearance for cornstalks, etc. It is a later plow like from the early to mid 60's

The model 100 plowmaster, cockcomb lift is the most reliable mechinical lift plow ever made. a little hard to find in a 3 bottom but worth the search.
