About two weeks ago I posted a question concerning purchasing an Oliver 550 with back hoe for $1000.00. Thanks to the direction and advice given to me from this site, I bought the tractor. It runs great. The hydraulics need some work on the loader and back hoe. I mainly deal with Ford N's (and love 'em). I am thanking all of you Oliver guys for advising me in this matter. I'm sure you will be hearing from me in the future. Thanks again!

Welcome to true green! BTW I am eyeing a backhoe that will need work and cost me $1600 to bring home. Nice find.

When you get that bargain in good shape and use it you will probably auction off those N's. Keep us posted and if you decide to sell that 550 please give your forum friends a chance.

Hey Flash -
Better watch out now. That Ollie bug may have already bitten you and if not now it will once you start using that 550 :)

Once bitten there is no turning back!! Keep us updated on your progress.
