I decided to go to the winter meeting anyway.165 miles one way.I got a good look at sheps cummins conversion and met Larry Harison.It looked like 8 guys from the local club were there too.

Hey Larry, sorry I missed you. I was roaming around there most of the weekend, I was probably talking to someone. Glad you liked the tractor, I wanted to take that big 1950 that was sitting behind my 1850 home with me. That 1950 was a sweet looking tractor.

I decided to go sat, figured it would be the only time a meeting like it would be close.I talked to larry Harisen several times and he didn't see you either so i thought you weren't there.We probably passed by each other and didn't know it.

Probably did pass right by you, I was roaming around there all day Saturday. You should have seen me I was wearing an Oliver hat!!!! :>)

I finally did run into Larry Harisen that night at the banquet and talked to him and Duane Starr for a while. Great people....

Sorry I missed ya, maybe we can catch up some other time.

Hey Larry - Sounds like you had fun. As for me I been stuck trying to get some fields plowed with a broke duck "red-necked" plow :(

ShepVA told me he was heading that way and was to show off one of those "Repowers". Next week I will be in L.A. New job has me running the roads again to meet the new mgmt.

I will be coming up y'alls way this summer for BSA and again next yr. for National Jamboree at Ft. A.P. Hill. I will give a shout before I head that way. Post some pics if ya got them!!
