After years of telling everyone that my 1650 only had one set of pto gears.When i took it out today it does have 2 sets of gears.How hard is it to find a 1000 rpm shaft?

have a new one that I will sell was for my 1950T will trade for 540 rpm

I dont think that will work. If I remember right the 15xx and 16xx PTO units are different than the others and the stub shafts will not interchange with the 1950T. Larry, you need to be careful and make sure you get the shaft for the 16xx tractors, there is not as many of those shafts around.

I have a 1000 shaft for the larger tractors. I should compare them just to see whats what.

Could not get back on until today.It looks like i have 2 upper gears,but only one lower gear.So i can't use a 1000 rpm shaft.The 540 shaft looks very similar to the 540 from the larger tractors.It was raining so hard i didn't pull one to match them.A 1000 shaft for a 1650 would have to be much longer and smaller on the one end.
