How is everybody? I hope o.k. Went to use the left side of my remotes to find out they're not working. It seems to work on the down stroke (it pulls the motor down), but nothing on the upward stroke. The right side works fine but is hooked to my three point. Any help is greatly appreciated. The 1755 is down around Springfield, MO. It has a cracked crank plus a vent hole in the block which has been welded at some time. The guy says he was grinding feed when it started knocking. It has dual remotes and a three speed, 38 inch tires (fair), and wide front . He also says the sheet metal is straight. All for 1500. What do you think? Thanks again.

There is a good possibility that your hyd baseplate has a crack in it for that outlet. of course o-rings or a valve problem would also cause the same symptoms.

I picked one last year with broken crank but no inspection holes gave 1200 wasn't to bad a tractor.310 cranks are fairly exspensive for a good one 600 to 800 last time I checked maybe you have heard diferent.I have seen quite a few welded up blocks if they don't take the cam out or the injection pump.Have a 880 too but I cant find my operators manual to help you out.

sounds like a good candidate for a cummins to me...
1500 sounds okay - depending on hours and actual condition of the tractor...
good luck.

Brad, you say my base plate might be cracked, is that why oil is seeping out below the hydraulic exits on that side? I tightened the mounting bolts of the unit it seemed to help stop the seeping. It had'nt done this before I started using these outlets. As far as the 1755, I was reminded of house plans after I wrote that post, I tried! Thanks again!
