Doing some research on the Ohio Oliver 1650.
s/n # is 158064 making it a 1965 vintage
model # is 165-2252 is this a 1650 based on first three digits?

Rears are BIG 18.4 X 34!

Meanwhile, back in the weeds. . .

Shep,
You may find there are ordering instructions in the parts book that help to sort it out, or comparing one parts book with another. I think my OLD Ollie parts books explain which digits are required to get the relevant spare delivered.

Hey shep,
wish I could help you more on the model #'s. Not sure what they all are but I'll bet someone on here does.
This is a nice looking tractor but I can see a couple of drawbacks, the biggest one is its an early 1650, the late 1650's with the direct injection motor and the charlyn power steering drove lots nicer, also the 3 speed is tough to beat if you do any road travel. Here's a pic of my 1966 1650, its an old pic and not where I live now!!! I just finished building a 30x14x40 at new house and its NOT full YET. Dad had a 1968 or 1969 1650. Night and day difference in how they drive. Don't get me wrong, really like mine but..... some of the newer stuff would sure be nice to have. Oh yea, I REALLY like those big tires on it, sets it off.

I live just south of Columbus Oh Shep, If you end up needing someplace to park one untill the weather breaks I do have room for one in the barn. E-mail me if you need anything. Defiance is about a 2 hour drive from columbus.

ShepFL,

The Oliver Gang site had a model number list in the Photo section at one time. It's not complete but better than nothing. If you can't find it, ping me and I'll send it to you.

This list does show that model number as a 1650 with row crop axle and diesel engine. I believe the 1600 model numbers were 16-XXXXX.

You could say that. 18.4 x 34 tires are not that unusual on that size tractor although we sold more with 16.9 X 34. Depends on what the owner wanted.
