Hi, does anyone have rod and main bearing shim packs for an early 77 gas?

Thanks,

Kris

Talk to your local automotive machine shop that does connecting rod work. It may be more practical to just have them recondition the rods.
Most likely the rods are out or round anyhow. I would put new pin bushings in and have him hone the big end to the size of the ones without the shims. He will not have to cut the caps. On the mains, if the shop has a Sunnen line hone you are in business. Questions e-mail me on the oliverhartparr.org site.
