Hi Chris,
Have you seen your HPOCA mag yet?
I've e-mailed (15th December) but it's not shown.
Alan also e-mailed them earlier, but not sure whether his has arrived yet. Bill is also waiting patiently as he had not even realised his had not arrived when it should. I doubt if any were actually sent to the UK. What do you think? I think I have a two year subscription to HPOCA and am wondering if this is what we have to expect.....

I contacted the new editor and they have found out that out of usa magazines didn't get sent airmail as per usual. Ours here in canada were 3 weeks late [a friend just 6 miles south of here was 10 days later than mine] Try another e mail to editor and get another sent out![air mail]

Didn't get sent at all seems more likely. Even surface mail should have got here in two months! I have had things delivered from the US by surface about then and they arrived weeks ago.That was my second round of e-mail! They are not being very efficient here - maybe trying to wait for the flak to die down? It is me - a customer as well as a member - who is being left waiting without the product and that in my book is rather less than expected. IF they KNEW they were not sent, why have they done SFA about rectifying the problem? IF they KNEW they had been sent surface, why didn't they say so. I was asked to e-mail back if it didn't arrive 'in a few days'.
Either way it's not good enough service, when they obviously knew the problem was not just one isolated case of one magazine going astray. Information is not that difficult to provide, with the www available.
Anyhow, have a happy new year and enjoy your next HPOCA mag - at this rate you will prolly get the next before I get the last!!
