Its yellow now is that right or should it be Green or where some yellow and some green ????

The color of the HG did not become green until after the purchase by Oliver. However, you could still order them in the original orange after the color change to green. I am not certain how soon the color change took place after the purchase.

Mine is orange. When we take it to shows some commentators call it an Allis because of this, so I have now named her Alice. That, written on the side, should easily confuse them a bit more!!

A Cletrac HG will be orange. I have seen two 1946 models, one in Ohio that a jockey traded in and one in MO that came from the original owner and they were still Cletrac Orange. Green did not come until Oliver and evidently not till later in 46 or maybe 47. Are you sure you have a Cletrac?

Yes its a cletrac HG it has a ware HGT loader but a transplant continental engine in it

I think the HGs were all green.
