Sorry that I did not think to post this sooner, but there is a Heavy duty 2150 pfa selling at a auction a few miles away Wensday. This is a pretty low hour tractor, has a new hyd pump, has the "self destruct" pan removed from the transmission, 24.5x32 rears, new steering motor and heavier cylinders installed, rebuilt pto, and the goofy looking half cab that bolts on top of the fenders. the tractor is very straight with some minor surface rust. it was used primarily to pull the 4440 out when it got stuck and some blower work. they sold the farm private and are selling the equipment. the auctoin is located in creston, Ohio on state route 604 about 2 miles east of route 3. Phone number is 330-435-6507 Talk to Jay. (I'm pretty sure this is the right number, it is either his or his father's)

Brad, What do you mean by "self destruct" pan on the tranny? Never heard of that?

There is a small tin pan underneath the hydraulic idler gear that was supposed to keep oil from getting on the pto shaft and working up to the clutch. this transmission is very similar to the 1950-T and they never had one or had a problem with oil on the pto shaft. it also prevented oil from getting to the idler bearings and they sometimes would go out and end up destroying the rear end housing if left go too long. We have parted several out because of this. the 2150 is the only tractor that had this pan and the most common tractor to have this problem.

When you say only 2150's had this do you mean those with the bar type axles only, or both the bar an planetarys?

Both tractors have it.
