I have an Oliver Row Crop 60. Runs good (once I replace the starter solenoid), 3year old rear tires, ok front tires, sheet metal ok, and good trans. How much could I get for it?? Thanks for the help.

I bought a 1949 60 for my wife a few years ago and paid $1800 for it. It ran okay, just needed some cosmetic help. I saw one go for $2400 on a sale the beginning of Sept. in central Iowa, sounds like your tractor is in about the same shape as that one. It would help if you knew the year and what the serial number is.

There should be a brass tag on the engine block, I think it's on the left side, and that tag will have the serial # on it. If it is a 4 speed it is one of the early models 1940-1944. If it is a 6-speed it is a later model 1944-1948.
The serial # should be 6 digits long starting with a 6. If you find it I can probably tell you the exact year and you can figure out where it was in that production run as well. Some guys really like to know that information when they are buying, and I always figure the more you know the better. Hope that helps.

Well, the tractor value all depends on the market in your area for that type of tractor. A 60 is a harder to find tractor, and I think you would probably get 2,000 easily, but yet I would try to get more, like say 3,000 or best offer. My thoughts anyways....
