Oliver 66 part needed badly

I am in need of the part of the throttle that goes between the throttle rod and the gov on a Oliver 66, its a flat metal thing with a spring on it,,anyone have one?? We bought the tractor as a basket case and rebuilt it,,this is the only part I am missing. Thanks....Jim

Get up in the morining about 6am,
grab a little jelly,
grab a little jam,
take a peice of bread,put it in the slot,
push down the lever and the wires get hot,
YOU GET TOAST!!
