I found an Oliver Hart-Parr 18-27 Row Crop for sale. It runs, looks to be in really good unrestored condition, original paint and decals, good SN tag. It has tip-toe steel on the rear and dual spoke-type tricycle front steel. I did not get the serial number. What is a fair price to pay for one of these? How much do these weigh?

It's hard to say how much it's worth. Even though it runs, it could need a lot of components replaced. One needs to figure out how much it will cost to restore, and how much it could be sold for later. Some people love the steel wheels, others wouldn't touch them. You could always make a low-ball offer and see what response you get.

I've been looking for an unrestored running 18-27 myself. If you decide not to pursue the one you came across, I would be interested in contacting the seller if you have his number.
