The Oliver 600 is supposed to be the same as the 990 David Brown implematic. DB collectors would probably kill for it.

Accordin ta www.tractortips.com the Oliver 600 was built by Oliver from 1963-1966 with a 4 cylinder diesel engine, producing 40 HP, has a 6 forward 2 reverse gears in transmixer, front tires size 6:00-16 and rears 14.9-28.

Old Sarge, I went to the web page you had listed. It does contradict "The Oliver Farm Tractors" by T. Herbert Morrell who was the chief engineer for Oliver. I emailed the web page to ask about it. If they answer me, I'll post the info. I noticed I had not put all the years of manufacture in my posting. My book has 1962-1964. I had typed in only 1962. I tend to lean towards the book on this one, but maybe someone out there has first hand knowledge.....

That was made by David Brown and was built in 1962 according to my books. Oliver put on the grill and colours. Can't give you much more info than that. Look at www.ebay.com every once in a while and you might find a manual..... ...
