I want to post this message to all who reponded to an earlier message. I found the root cause of the engine stumble that I asked for help. I made a lot of mistakes trying to run this down and created some of the of my own problems. Never the less the root cause was not suggested by any repliers so I wanted to share this.I decided to re install old coil -but decided to make absolutely sure the inside coil electrical sleeve was not corroded. I looked inside and saw sleeve and a small screw and decided to remove the sleeve for thorough cleaning-when I started to remove screw- it was LOOSE-thus causing hit and miss firing. The coil is mounted upside down-so I am sure the sleeve would make and break. I tightened screw, reinstalled old coil and mowed for two hours last night without any issue. This is first for me . I want to thank all who gave good advice-and I learned a lot along the way.
