Oliver RC60 froze

My Oliver RC60, s/n 600745, has froze up. Although I can rock the flywheel a slight amount, I cannot turn the enging over. It acts as if the piston rings may be rusted to the cylinder bores.
Any suggestions on how to free it up would be greatly appreciated.
Also, what year is it?

Try a product called "DEEP CREEP", it is found in "Bumber to Bumber" auto parts up here. My Dad used it on a frozen engine and it worked after soaking for a couple of days. If you can't find it let me know.

On your frozen engine, lots of things have been tried, Marvel mistry oil, brake fluid, fuel oil, transmission fuild, lately my Dad tried on a frozen engine, "DEEP CREEP" it is a solvent for loosing parts. He sprayed in the cilinders and let it set for couple of days. It cut through the rust and freed the pistions! I couldn't believe it. Bumper to Bumper auto carries it up here, if you can't find it let me know.

I have not been able to locate "DEEP CREEP" here in No. Nevada, or No. East California.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a 1941 model Bill. This was the second year of production and a fairly low number. As for the engine, you may try pulling the spark plugs and put some penetrating oil into the cylinders. After allowing to soak for a day or more, slowly attempt to turn the crankshaft with a socket & breaker bar or ratchet, by the bolt in the forward pulley. This may free it up if it hasn't been siezed for too long. You'll want to turn the shaft back & forth until you get full movement. If this doesn't work, you may have to pull the cylinder head in order to get to the pistons with more force. Good luck and advise of the results.

Two to three ounces of brake fluid in each cylinder, and allowed to soak for 7 days hasn't helped. Any other suggestions?
