I just picked up an Oliver 770 Factory LPG Rowcrop with a wide front end. The tractor is very complete missing only the seat assymbly. The tinwork and what not is in real good shape and the motor is not stuck. It does not run at this time. I need to find and value for this big machine so it can find a new home. Thanks

i can just tell you what i'd pay if i were buying it.

not running, with no seat means it isn't usable at all. even if you got it running it's next to unusable with no seat.

i wouldn't pay over $1500.

A lot has to do with the part of the country you are located and the general interest in the tractor. The factory LPG may make it worth somewhat more. If it doesn't run is the problem major or minor? Is the rubber good? The complete seat assembly is expensive unless a used one can be found. With the limited information given I doubt that you could get much over $2000 for it.
