1650 needs a #6 cylinder injector line

I have calls out to a couple of parts dealers but it is not looking too encouraging. Do any of you have a source for something like that? Or is it possible to repair the one I have. It is spurting out from under the nut on the #6 injector. When I took the line off to look at it the only thing I could see what that instead of having about 3/8 inch of line protruding past the end of the bead like all the others, this end is flush with the bead. I tried to push the bead back down without any luck. Thanks for any help. Pete

I have a set of lines for a 1655 diesel with the 283ci Waukesha engine. If your 1650 has the direct inject 283ci engine these lines should fit. Email me if you think they will work for you.

You can make a new line with parts from your local injection pump rebuilding shop. Make sure the lenght is the same and the ID. is the same.

Don't you want to keep those lines in case you put that Wakesha back into that 1650. How is that 1650 conversion to a 5.9 going anyways?

Naaaa the Waukeshas are on the run around my farm. I have one 283ci Waukesha left in my narrow front 1655 and that is all that is left. It has 8000 hours and is doing good, but when it dies I am not going to rebuild it (I know big shock)

The 1655 Cummins is finished and in the field. I have already put 70+ hours on the tractor this spring and I love running it. Very nice machine to drive and has lots of power for running a haybine or baling hay. I am very pleased with this one. I need to get some more pictures of it doing something but it has been soooo busy this spring trying to find a dry window that I havent taken many pictures. I have an entire page on the Cummins engine conversion that I did on it, if you want to check it out. Thanks for asking.

First of all you did not say which 1650 diesel you have, the direct injection version or the one with the Lanova combustion Chamber. Next thing and this goes back a few years,I have cross threaded one or two nuts in my day and we always repaired them in the shop. Call a diesel pump repair shop. They may have new ferrals and nuts in stock. Post this on the Oliver/Hart-Parr form and I will e-mail you. I think I have a plan B but never had a chance to try it out. It would be a quick & easy fix too.
