Hi

I have an old Cockshutt seed drill that I am trying to sell. Someone is coming to look at it, but I am not sure of a fair price. It is a fairly old drill, 13 run with wooden grain box and wooden spoked wheels. It was originally designed to be pulled by horses. Any help would be appreciated.

You have a rare antique. Is the potential buyer a cockshutt collector?
It is worth more than most grain drills that old.
I have an antique Ontario, wood box on steel wheels that I'd not sell for 500 bucks. Has original decals and pin striping, etc.
Good Luck

yes i have an old Oliver wheat drill with the wood boxes and the steel wheels. It still has the stamp with the serial numbers on it and also the papers inside the wood boxes for the sowing chart. I can't seem to find out how to get on the internet to find how much it is worth. I am interested in selling it. any information you have or know about this would really help.

thanks
