OPS!! Ten licks with an Oliver hydralic hose. As pointed out I was totally in error about thre 3 pt hitch. If I had gone to the operators manual issued 11-15-53 there are excellent illustrations beginning on page 10-20. I don't remember my folks selling a 66,77 or 88 with 3 pt. Sorry about the totally inaccurate information.

I have a magazine ad dated March 1953 that is: "Announcing the NEW" Oliver Three Point Hitch". It is shown on the 66, 77 & 88 tractors.

The Fleetline 77s & 88s did not have factory 3pt hitch. The 3pt was optional equipment on the Super 77 & 88 begining in the mid 50ss.

The Fleetlines did have factory 3 point hitches that could be purchased as an option. I've seen original magazine ads that have Oliver 66's (not Supers) with the hitch attached pulling a 3 point 2-bottom plow. My Oliver 66 Super 66 parts books has 3 different models of the same hitch (modifications/improvements to each) being an option for both styles of tractors. That's why they had hydraulics on the Fleetlines. Way more 77's and 88's had hydraulics than 66's did. The hitch style changed when the Supers came out. The hydraulic cylinders were no longer mounted horizontal up next to the right fender and they were heavier to handle larger plow schemes (3-4 plows)
