put in new pump last year(front seal went out) put 20 hours on this year and hydraulics does not work right, has low pressure needed to stop at end of field and rev tractor up to lift 4 row planter would not let it down unless revved up when quit would not raise marker arm. tractor is full of fluid got 15 hours before having problems after new pump; had a agco dealer do the job (put in a after market pump) could someone please help me what could be the problem. at low rpm's steering is weak. has anyone had problem like this. This is major job to work on with cab. Afraid dealer won't back up job because would not go pay $1900.00 new agco pump. any advice would be appreciated

I would suspect a stuck open preasure relief valve.most likely your old pump was not makeing it work before,and now the system has lots of power and mabe some left over crud.Remove the large plug on the front right side of the unit and clean plus look for broken parts.
