Cletrac Won`t Start

Have a OC3 cletrac with 4cyl herc. in it with an external coil on the mag. was at my house for 2 months in my garage and she would fire in 2 cranks (6volt system) took her to my dads about 3 months ago put her in the shed, went to get her out today to brush hog some hills and she won`t start, pops out the exhuast and carb put new gas and plugs in (3 were dry 1 wet) but still won`t start any Ideas????? Thanks. Brian

I have a "42" HG crawler that did the same thing.
I cleaned the "dirty" plugs wiped some moisture
out of the distributor cap and she fired right up.
Hope this helps.

I would supect a stuck valve.Do a compression check or look over the mag.
