Oliver 1450 hydralics

Got a 1450 to work on because the hydralics are slow to act. Was told by the owner that he has to warm them up with a tourch even in the summer.
He also said this little baby seams to be an odd ball. Would like any and all info on this tractor and any falts it may have. Thankyou for helping this here barnyard mechanic.
