The shares available all have one too many holes in them and to me they don't look right. I have always found decent used ones and then don't use the plow enough to wear them out.

I believe those shares are available at Tractor Supply Stores or TSC.com

Good luck and I hope you have a good TSC!!

I waited six months to get some shins for a 3 btm 4340 plow. Never showed up so I went and got my $$ back. I have found that my local TSC has very, very little experience with ag maintenance. I see this as secondary to lawn mowers, corrals and feed. I am disappointed to say the least.

You can get shins and shares for some of the olilver plows, HOWEVER I don't think they will fit that old of a plow. Your best bet is to find new-old stock or good used parts. I would beware though that we took apart some 225 bottoms on a 4-14 and the bolts used on the bottoms were very hard to find. They are different than what is used on the newer plows. I guess if you weren't fussy on looks you could probably make something work. I think we did try seeing how a newer set of lays and shins would fit on an older bottom and I'm not sure if the holes lined up or not.
