What series Oliver was the hand clutch pto first offered in? Was it also the first pto offering for Oliver?

Oliver had 300 "88"s in the fields as proto types in late 1945 - early 1946. They were just not advertising until later.

I think first "live" pto in Oliver was late 1948, in the 88's or 77's. If I wrong I,m sure someone will correct me! We had a 1949 "88". Put olivers mechanical two spend in it, to run rotary hoe. Like a dummy I sold it years ago. Have no idea where it is. jps

Actually it came out in 1947 in the early style 88's. If you want to go ealier Hart Parr offered an hand operated independant PTO for the 18-36.
