The orignal steel no. is D729, the hub No. for 16" is D729F, and the No. for 18" is D729J, and the No. for the industrial hub is D729C which is for 20" tires. The spokes that have been cut off I have seen 16-18 and 20" rims welded on them.

Most early 80's were on steel wheels, on some tractors the spokes were cut and had rims for rubber tyres welded on.
Wheels with solid cast centers clamped to the rim (like on a Fleetline tractor) are Oliver wheels.
There were also companies such as French and Hecht, and dunlop who sold there wheels to farmers that already had steel wheels on there tractor and wanted to change to rubber.
