Could someone please tell me the proper way to jump a positive ground batery, to a negative ground battery. Thank you very much.

I am assume you are trying to jump start a vehicle with a positive ground system with another vehicle that has a negative ground system, if so do not let the two vehicles touch each other and do it the way you would do ANY system positive to positive and negative to negative. I have never seen a negative or positive ground battery.

OH I forgot the safety thing!!! Always wear safety glasses, I prefer to hook to the HOT vehicle first, making sure not to let the other ends of the cables touch, then I make the last connection to the chassis/engine on the cold vehicle, in the case of the positive ground vehicle that would be the positive lead to the chassis, Batteries produce hydrogen gas that is VERY explosive, the HOT vehicle usually making the most, that is why I make the last connection to the chassis of the cold vehicle
