Nice 1850 on Ebay-

long way from Virginia though. I know how you feel,l long way from NE Wisconsin as well. Hard to convince my dad to buy an 1850 in another state, or any tractor he can't actually look at in person. Thats a pretty good price for an 1850. I asked him a few questions, mainly about the hydra shift and paint. I guess all the white is original, but the green has been re-done. The hydra-power is in need of work. Also suffers from neglect of setting around for several years. The engine ran ok when we quit using it, don't know if it will still turn over or not. In the ebay ad it says over/under,but it only has the 2 speed hydro/power.You used to be able to get taper lock pully's to fix the worn crank.There are plenty of guys who would love to get there hands on a cheap 1850.I have a spare engine and hydro power just waiting for a tractor.
