I need some advice on Oliver 1750 Just Overhauled It Has Is putting out Gray Smoke (fuel) untill under Load Even when warmed up. I have just found out that it Has a 1800 Block and maybe a 1800 Cam in it the Injection Pump and Injector have Been Replaced and Have Tried Changing Timming and Have put shorter washers under Injectors. Is there any deck height diff between 1750 and 1800? any thoughts?

Do you have direct injection or Lanova inj.1800c had 310 engine with lanova & rosa master pump.1750 310 direct inj.& rosa pump same bore & stroke.
