Hi Tony!
Not knowing if you have a wide frt (solid or adjustable) puts me at odds here, but I'll give it a general shot in the dark. Since it needs tires, the trans needs work, the pto needs work, I'd have to say about $1500.00 at best, if the remainder is all there, and depending on the condition, of coarse. I'd be figuring $800 for tires, $150 for tie rod ends, and who knows what for the gears & what not once its opened up. The narrow front would be the least desirable and the solid wide the most in my opinion. The high-low shift problem depends whether its got the torque converter or the power-booster drive. Sounds like all the sheetmetal is there, and yes, they have 4 side curtains. If you can pull at least $1500 out of the deal, you should be doing good. I bought one for just over twice that, but didn't have your problems, was also rebuilt, has the solid frt, all orig paint, good metal, new rear tires, power-booster shift, 3 point. Hope this helps.
